How to Order

If you see an item you would like to order, please contact us via phone at 248-628-1111 or by email at williamsdesigns@aol.com. We DO NOT hold or reserve items without a non-refundable deposit.

Packaging and shipping costs will vary based on the individual item and the distance it is being shipped. We generally use third party shipping companies which have proven reliable in shipping fragile goods in the past -- should any breakage occur in transit, the shipping company will be responsible for the claim.

For our in-store purchases, returns are accepted for exchange or store-credit. We will also accept returns of online sales. However, merchandise must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent out in. Should you want to discuss the return of an item, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY; we will not accept returns unless the item is back in our possession within 20 days of being shipped from our location.

As always, we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the satisfaction of the customer. We will be happy to answer any questions about an item or provide additional purchasing information at request.
